  2. Processing During Special Periods: During peak periods such as holidays and promotional activities, due to a significant increase in the number of orders, the processing time may be extended. To ensure timely delivery of products, we recommend that you plan your orders in advance.

IV. Shipping Methods and Time

  1. Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via USPS First Class. This shipping service is reliable and has an extensive coverage, ensuring the safe delivery of the water cups you purchased.
  2. Estimated Delivery Time
  • In most areas of the United States, the delivery time is 2 – 3 business days.
  • Affected by factors such as geographical location, weather conditions, and logistics peaks, deliveries to remote areas may be delayed. In case of extreme weather or unexpected logistics issues, we will actively communicate and coordinate with logistics companies to minimize the impact on you as much as possible.

V. Order Cut – off Time

The standard order processing cut – off time is 5:00 PM (New York time). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will also be processed starting from the next business day. For example, orders placed after 5:00 PM on Friday and on Saturday will both start processing on Monday.
