I. Return Period
Within 30 days from the date you receive the goods, if you are not satisfied with the goods or if there are problems with the goods, you can apply for a return. If the application is made more than 30 days after receipt, we will no longer accept the return request. Please check the goods in a timely manner and submit the application within the specified period.
II. Return Conditions
- Goods Condition: The returned goods must remain new, unused, undamaged, and with the original packaging intact. All accessories, gifts (if any), labels, tags, etc. should be complete, and the goods should not affect secondary sales. If the goods do not meet the conditions for secondary sales due to personal use or human – caused damage, we have the right to reject the return application.
- Proof Requirements: When applying for a return, you need to provide valid order vouchers (such as order numbers, purchase records) so that we can verify the purchase information and details of the goods.
III. Return Process
- Initiate Application: Please submit a return application to us through our official website, customer service email [email protected], or other designated channels, and state the reasons for the return. Our customer service staff will review the application and reply to you within 2 business days after receipt, notifying you of the subsequent return process and the return address.
- Return Goods: After obtaining approval for the return, please use a reliable logistics method to return the goods to the designated address. To ensure the safe delivery of the goods and facilitate tracking, it is recommended to choose a courier service that provides logistics tracking information, and keep the express delivery receipt properly. The shipping fees for returning the goods shall be borne by you. If there are quality problems with the goods, after our verification, we can negotiate the compensation for the shipping fees.
- Goods Inspection: After receiving the returned goods, we will inspect them within 2 business days. If the goods meet the return conditions, we will arrange the refund as soon as possible according to your payment method. If the goods do not meet the conditions, we will communicate with you and return the goods to the original sender, and the round – trip shipping fees shall be borne by you.
IV. Refund Handling
- Refund Method: We will refund you through your original payment method. If the original payment method cannot be used for the refund (such as the payment account being cancelled), we will negotiate other refund methods with you.
- Refund Timeframe: After the inspection is passed, the refund will be initiated within 5 business days. The actual time for the funds to reach your account may vary depending on the processing procedures of the payment institution and the bank. Generally, it takes 3 – 7 business days for bank card payments and 1 – 3 business days for third – party payment platforms. Please be patient.
- Tariffs and Import Duties: We are unable to refund tariffs and import duties incurred during international transportation. If the return of the goods involves re – customs declaration or additional taxes and fees are generated, the related expenses shall be borne by you.
V. Special Situations
- Custom – made Goods: Due to their special nature, custom – made goods are not applicable to this return and refund policy, unless there are quality problems with the goods.
- Goods in Promotional Activities: For goods participating in promotional activities, if the promotional conditions are no longer met when returning the goods, we will refund according to the actual payment amount of the goods.
- Orders with Coupons or Points Deducted: For orders with part of the amount deducted by using coupons, points, etc., the used preferential amount will be deducted during the refund process, and the refund will be made according to the actual payment amount.
VI. Policy Adjustment and Notification
We may adjust this Return and Refund Policy according to business development, changes in laws and regulations, and other factors.
